- π Receive completed posters delivered directly via WhatsApp

- π Utilize premium features through subscription plans
Service Scope: Our service is designed for creating promotional, informational, and marketing materials. We reserve the right to expand or modify service offerings at our discretion.
4. User Eligibility π€
To use QuickPoster's services, you must:
- π Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- π± Have a valid WhatsApp account and active phone number
- πΏπΌ Comply with all applicable laws in Zimbabwe and your country of residence
- π³ Have the legal authority to enter into financial transactions (for paid services)
- π« Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws
Minors: Users under 18 may only use our service with explicit parental consent and supervision. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors' use of our service.

Zero Tolerance Policy: QuickPoster maintains a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited conduct. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property Rights ποΈ

- βοΈ Our proprietary algorithms, processes, and methodologies are protected intellectual property

17. Limitation of Liability βοΈ
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, QuickPoster's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed:

- π For free users: USD $50 or equivalent in local currency
- π« Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed USD $5,000
Excluded Damages
